We managed to find a house in Redmond after only three days of
looking (three _long_ days). And we didn't have to "settle for less"
due to time pressures -- we've been back to see the house a few times and we
like it more each time! We close and move in later this month.

This is the view from the front lawn. The street is behind some trees and bushes about 20 feet behind me. |
This path leads around the right side of the house to the back porch and yard. |
This is the right side of the house and back porch, from the side lawn. |
This is the back porch. It runs the length of the house in the back. |
This is the porch from the other side. |
This is the back of the house, from the back yard. |

This is the view from the front door toward the street. The first picture in this series was taken from (approximately) in front of that Blue Spruce. |
There's a small porch to the right of the front door. |
The front door itself is nice. |
...and leads into this hallway. |
The den is on the left as you enter the house. |
The living room is on the right as you enter the house. |
The living room connects to the dining room. |
Which connects to the kitchen (the dining room is at the far end of the kitchen in this picture, and the back porch and yard are to the left). The breakfast nook is to my left in this picture and a door to my right leads back to... |
...the den. |
There's another hall upstairs. The master and three other bedrooms are all on the second floor (1st floor for Europeans). The door behind Thea leads to another small porch on the front of the house. |
This is the bedroom in the back right of the house. We'll probably continue to use this room as an office. |
This is the back left bedroom, which we'll also probably leave as a guest room. |
This is the front right bedroom, which will be Thijs' room. |
This is the master bedroom (front left). |
The sink area for the master bath connects directly to the bedroom. That door to the left is a pretty roomy walk-in closet. |
Up the spiral staircase, past this lovely window to... |
The bonus room! This picture is from the op of the stairs, looking toward the back of the house. My back is to three large windows in the front of the house. |
The bonus room is L-shaped. This picture is from the elbow looking back toward the front of the house and those three large windows. |
This picture is also from the elbow, but now facing toward the right side of the house. |
